01192012-Good girl met bad boy

Motivation= zero right now.
Im super tired all the time, somehow im having a hard time sleeping. Gonna try a new thing with music on, need some good soft music first tho. haha ill let you know how it works.
School school school, thats whats going on right now for me. But on sunday we start practicing and then we will be practicing outdoor every sunday.
This is my workout plan for this spring so i dont miss anything when i get back.
Sund: Outdoor soccer
Mon: Morning: running, afternoon: lifting
Tue: afternoon: lifting, soccer class, soccer with the team
Wed: morning: running. Afternoon: lifting
Thur: Afternoon: lifting, soccer class, soccer with the team
Frid: morning: running, afternoon: lifting
Satu: walking or running or what i feel like.
Oh before Xmas we did some test, to find out what we needed to practice on, and yesterday i got my result so now i have to do 6 exercises before each lifting so i can get better and done get any injury.
Thats somethings with USA they do nooot like injuries and tries to fix them, which is super niiice. So hopefully i wont have any injuries more.
Well i guess i have to go back to school stuff now.
